Over the last three decades, Kent Olson started and successfully managed two home building companies and gained expertise in sales and marketing while working for two multinational industrial companies.

In the early 2000’s, Olson founded Nu-South Builders, Inc., which emerged as one of the Charlotte area’s premier semi-custom home builders. Kent developed seven neighborhoods featuring over 500 residential lots. Simultaneously to achieving success in residential development, Olson also successfully developed several office condominium projects as well as re-zoned and sold land parcels.

In less than ten years, Kent developed projects that generated over $112 million dollars in revenue.
